How can I check the status of my order?

If you have created an account on my website, you can check the status of your order there. Alternatively, you can use the tracking link sent to you with the shipping confirmation via email.

What shipping options are available?

To use resources sustainably, I generally make my products to order. As a result, it may take a few extra days, and I currently do not offer special shipping options like express delivery. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and include a tracking link.

How can I calculate my shipping costs?

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process based on your location and order quantity. Here is an overview:

How long is the production time?

To use resources sustainably, I generally make my products to order. The usual production time is up to 5 business days. If a required material is not in stock, production time may be extended to up to 10 business days. If a material is currently unavailable, I will contact you via email!

How do I know where my package is?

Tracking is included with every order. You will receive your tracking link via email once the package has been handed over to the postal service. Delivery times depend on your location.

Can I return items?

Please include your order number in the email. I would also appreciate knowing the reason for the return. Once I have received your return, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days to the original payment method. Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot cover the return shipping costs; these must be borne by the customer. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days (§ 11 Abs 1 FAGG). Personalized products are generally excluded from returns.

What about fees and customs duties?

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply, which are determined by the destination country. These fees, including customs duties and VAT, are based on the origin of the goods and their classification, and are charged once your package arrives in the destination country. Keoma Kindl does not collect customs duties or taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict any additional charges. If such charges are due, they are required for the release of your package and must be covered by the recipient. In this case, the responsibility for paying these costs lies with the customer. For more detailed information on the customs regulations in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If the package has not yet been handed over to the postal service, changing the delivery address is no problem. If the package is already on its way to the originally specified address, I will contact the shipping company, but I cannot guarantee a successful redirection, and I ask for your understanding if a rerouting is not possible. Please email me as soon as possible at hallo@keomakindl.at to change the delivery address.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, simply send me an email at hallo@keomakindl.at. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. • All embroidery is crafted piece by piece in our studio in 1070 Vienna. Production is generally made to order to ensure that only what is actually needed is produced.
• All threads are manufactured by Madeira in Germany.
• The picture frames are produced in Sweden.
• The linen comes from the oldest weaving mill in the Mühlviertel region.
• The clothing is produced by Neutral and Mantis World. The production facilities are located in India and Bangladesh. Neutral and Mantis World stand out for their strong ethical and sustainable practices. They actively promote fair working conditions, environmental protection, and social responsibility, making them leaders in the industry.

Keoma Kindl was created, among other things, to offer artists and aspiring creative minds a platform to present themselves and their works.
