Ordering Process and Payment
Which payment methods are accepted?
I accept common payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, instant bank transfer (Klarna), Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS, Maestro, and other local options.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you created a customer account, you can view the status of your order at any time. Alternatively, check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery
What shipping options are available?
To reduce waste, all products are made to order. This means shipping may take a little longer. At the moment, I don’t offer express shipping – all orders are sent with standard shipping and include tracking.
How can I calculate my shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your location and order volume. Here's a quick overview:

How long does production take?
Standard production time is up to 5 business days. If certain materials are out of stock, production may take up to 10 business days. I’ll email you if anything is delayed.
How can I track my order?
Every order comes with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times depend on your location.
Can I return an item?
If you’d like to return an item, please email me at hallo@keomakindl.at and include your order number. I’d also appreciate a short note on the reason – this helps me improve as a small business.
Once I’ve received your return, I’ll refund the full amount within 5 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are not covered. I recommend using tracked shipping.
Your legal right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days (as per § 11 Abs. 1 FAGG). I voluntarily extend this to a 60-day return window so you can try things out stress-free.
Please note: Custom-embroidered, personalized items and digital products (e.g. embroidery files) are excluded from return and refund.
What about customs and import duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are determined by your country and are not included in the item price.
Keoma Kindl does not collect customs or taxes at checkout and cannot predict additional charges. Any duties and fees must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more info.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can update the shipping address easily. If the package is already on its way, I’ll try to request an address change with the shipping provider – but I can’t guarantee it at that point.

Returns and Refunds
How do I return an item?
Just send me an email at hallo@keomakindl.at if you'd like to return something. Please include your order number – and if you like, a quick note about why you’re returning it. Feedback like this really helps me improve my small label.
Once I’ve received your return package, I’ll refund the full amount within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not covered. I highly recommend using tracked shipping, as I can't issue a refund if the parcel gets lost in transit.

Newsletter
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link you can use to opt out with just one click. Alternatively, you can send me a short email at hallo@keomakindl.at and I’ll take care of it.
How often is the newsletter sent?
I carefully craft each newsletter by hand, so I only send one when there's something worth sharing. Realistically, you can expect 1–2 newsletters per year. I don’t send spam and take the time to make sure it feels good for you to receive.
Sustainability
Where are the products made?
Here's an overview of my production partners – carefully selected with transparency and responsibility in mind:
- All embroidery is done piece by piece in my studio in 1070 Vienna. I produce on demand to ensure only what’s truly needed gets made.
- The threads come from Madeira, produced in Germany.
- Picture frames are made in Sweden.
- The linen fabric comes from the oldest weaving mill in the Mühlviertel region of Austria.
- Garments are made by Neutral and Mantis World, with production facilities in India and Bangladesh. Both companies are industry leaders in ethical manufacturing, fair working conditions, and environmental responsibility.
