Not 14, but 60 days. Voluntary, because I believe in what I make.

Fill in the form, copy the return address, send the parcel. Done.

Fast refund

Item received, money returned within 7 days to your original payment method.

Personalised items are excluded. Items embroidered to order (e.g. with your name or custom text) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has begun. If there's a proven production error, I replace the item at my cost. Not happy for another reason? Get in touch via the contact form and we'll find a fair solution.
