The most common reasons are that the item does not fit, is defective or the wrong product was delivered. I take care of high-quality clothing and shipping the right products - please order the right size so that we can help the environment together. ❤︎
Production Time & Shipping
In order to use resources sustainably, I always make my products to order. Generally the production time is up to 5 working days. If a required material is not in stock, the production time can be extended to up to 10 working days. If a material is currently not available, I will contact you by e-mail! :)
You will also receive your tracking link by e-mail as soon as the package has been handed over to the post office. Shipping times depend on your location.

Please include the order number in your email. I would also be very happy about a reason for the return. Once I receive your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 5 business days. Unfortunately, I cannot cover the return shipping costs; these are at the expense of the customer. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days (Section 11 Paragraph 1 FAGG). Personalized products are generally excluded from returns.
