FAQ

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions:

Ordering Process & Payment

How can I place an order?
Simply select the products you want and follow the ordering process. Please note that I only accept orders via my webshop - unfortunately orders by email are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
      Which payment methods are accepted?
I accept common payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. However, above a certain value you can save on shipping costs.
How can I check the status of my order?

Log in to your account. There you can check your order history or alternatively use the tracking link that is sent to you by email with every order.

                  Shipping

                  What shipping options are there?

In order to use resources sustainably, I always make my products to order. This means it can take a few days longer and I currently do not offer any special shipping options such as express shipping. All orders are sent with standard shipping and tracking link.

How can I calculate my shipping costs?

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process based on your location. You can find an overview here:

Destination Shipping costs Free shipping from
                  Austria 90 €
                  Germany 90 €
Rest of the EU 90 €
Do you deliver outside of Austria?

I currently ship within the entire EU.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If the package has not yet been handed over to the post office, changing the delivery address is not a problem. If the package is already on its way to the address originally stated, I will contact the shipping company, but I cannot promise anything and please understand if redirection is no longer possible. To change the delivery address, please send me an email as soon as possible to hallo@keomakindl.at

                  Returns & Refunds

                  What is your return policy?

If you would like to return something, just write to me at the following email address: hallo@keomakindl.at
Please don't forget to include the order number in your message. I would also be very happy about a reason for the return. Once I receive your return package, the refund will be made to the same payment method within 5 business days. Unfortunately, I cannot cover the costs for the return and these will be borne by the customer. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days (Section 11 Paragraph 1 FAGG). Please note that personalized products are generally excluded from return.

                      Products & Inventory

How can I check the availability of a product?

Since I manufacture my products individually to order, I do not have a fixed stock level. This means that all items are generally available, sometimes it just takes a few days longer. But as we all know, anticipation is the greatest joy! :)

                      Are new products coming regularly?

No - I work on new designs regularly, but publish them at irregular intervals. If you want to stay up to date, I recommend subscribing to my newsletter - maybe we'll become pen pals?

                      Newsletter

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
There is a link embedded in every newsletter that you can use to easily unsubscribe from the newsletter. Alternatively, you can also write me an email to hallo@keomakindl.at.

How often is the newsletter sent?
Each newsletter is lovingly designed and is therefore sent at irregular intervals. I can't say how often yet, but 2-4 newsletters per year is a good guideline. I don't want to send spam and I'm happy to take the time I need.

                      Sustainability

I would like to cover this important topic in more detail in the future. For initial orientation, here is a list of the production locations:

                      • All embroidery is made piece by piece in our studio in 1070 Vienna. Basically, production is made to order to ensure that only what is actually needed is produced.
                      • All yarns are made in Germany.
                      • The picture frames are produced in Sweden.
                      • The linen comes from the oldest weaving mill in the Mühlviertel.

                      Collaboration with Artists

Keoma Kindl was created, among other things, to offer artists and aspiring creative minds a platform to present themselves and their works.
