How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, simply send me an email at hallo@keomakindl.at. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once I have received your return package, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot issue a refund if the package is lost by the shipping company. The return period is 14 calendar days (§ 11 Abs 1 FAGG). Please be aware that personalized products are excluded from returns.
