How do I return an item?
Just send me an email at hallo@keomakindl.at if you'd like to return something. Please include your order number – and if you like, a quick note about why you’re returning it. Feedback like this really helps me improve my small label.
Once I’ve received your return package, I’ll refund the full amount within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are not covered. I highly recommend using tracked shipping, as I can't issue a refund if the parcel gets lost in transit.
Your legal right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days (as per § 11 Abs. 1 FAGG). On top of that, I offer a voluntary 60-day return period so you can take your time to see if everything feels right for you.
Please note: Personalized or custom-embroidered items as well as digital products (like embroidery files) are excluded from return and refund.
